Add filtering to avoid triggers from the newsfeed on sensitive days

For some people, certain holidays are hard because of emotional distress attached to that day. It would be great if we could set up newsfeed filters to be active on specified date ranges. It would also be good to have pre-selected keywords for common holidays.

For example, if Mothers day is hard for you, you could setup a pre-selected filter to avoid keywords associated with that day, for that day and the two days before and after.
