Allow a way to notify of unusual activity before it happens
My online account was recently suspended because I tried to pay a large bill. When I asked how I could prevent this from happening, I was told there is no way.
This is crazy to me. I would like you to implement a process such that I can go into a branch, call or do something online, whatever would satisfy your security requirements before making a payment that your system might consider suspicious such that making the payment will not result in my account being suspended.
We have not yet connected with this company or individual, so it is important to understand that they may not be aware of or wish to acknowledge suggestions
