Please provide the ability to download an invoice.
After booking a trip with Southwest, they email you a receipt. If you do not 'receive' the receipt for some reason (Spam, etc.) then you will not have any more access to that receipt unless you call their resevation line and ask them to re-send. (Which took about 30 mins this particular day which is why I am suggesting this!)
I am a southwest rapid-rewards memeber, and book my fares while while logged in. After purchasing, the trip shows up in my account. I can manage it, I can view it, I can alter it, etc. I just cannot obtain a receipt of the trip.
I will donate to their developer for the ability to download an invoice for my booked trip.
We have not yet connected with this company or individual, so it is important to understand that they may not be aware of or wish to acknowledge suggestions
